The Settantatre% Fidelity Card is intended exclusively for customers of the Pizzeria Settantre% of Ferrara, hereinafter called the “Issuer”.
Objective of the Settantatre% Fidelity Card: The Settantatre% Fidelity Card aims to reward the loyalty of the Customer, hereinafter called the “Holder”, with a series of prizes and promotions reserved for him.
What is the Settantatre% Fidelity Card: the Settantatre% Fidelity Card is a virtual card that allows you to accumulate points every time you dine at the Settantratre%. Signing up for the loyalty plan is completely free, upon entering your name and valid email address. Registration for the Settantatre% Fidelity Card can be done at the venue. Failure to complete or complete the form will make it impossible to register for the loyalty plan. The Data Controller will undertake to communicate to the Issuer any changes in its data, personally or via email to info@settantratre%.it The data provided by the Data Controller will be processed by the Issuer in accordance with the provisions of the legislation on the protection of personal data (Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 Privacy Code) as specified in the specific information provided pursuant to art. 13 del D. lgs. n. 196/2003. Using the Settantatre% Fidelity Card: Registration and filling out the relevant form simultaneously activates the virtual Settantatre% Fidelity Card. The Virtual card is personal and to take advantage of the associated benefits it is necessary to declare possession of it before paying your bill. The points balance will be sent periodically to the email address used for registration.
Validity and revocation of the Settantatre% Fidelity Card: Settantatre% Fidelity Card does not expire but the Issuer reserves the right to cancel it at any time and without notice in the event that it is used fraudulently or incorrectly or harmfully towards the Issuer or in any case in the event of violation of this regulation. Revocation entails the cancellation of enrollment in the loyalty plan and the cancellation of any benefits that may have been accumulated and not used.
Point management: The accumulated points allow the Cardholder to receive an advantage in terms of discounts on products offered exclusively at the Pizzeria Settantratre% of Ferrara. Upon reaching the minimum threshold of points necessary to benefit from the discount, the Issuer reserves the right to also assign benefits other than discounts or price reductions as long as they have the same value. The Issuer also reserves the right to assign to its loyal customers additional vouchers or extra points as benefits linked to ownership of the Settantatre% Fidelity Card. Upon activation of the Settantatre% Fidelity Card, and just for having activated it, 5 (five) points will be immediately credited as a welcome.
For every 10 (ten) euros spent, a quantity of points equal to 1 (one) will be credited to the virtual card which will be added, from time to time, to the points already acquired during previous purchases. Failure to inform the waiter of possession of the virtual card before payment will not allow the accumulation of points and will not give the right to them being credited at a later time.
Duration of the initiative and collection of prizes: Points expiration: 12/31/2024
Upon reaching 15 (fifteen) points, the customer will be entitled to a discount voucher of €5 (five euros) which can be spent on a dinner of equal or greater value or the Settantatre% Pizza Bag.
Upon reaching 20 (twenty) points, the customer will be entitled to a discount voucher equal to €10 (ten euros) which can be spent on a dinner of equal or greater value or a Settantatre% branded Organic cotton backpack.
Upon reaching 30 (thirty) points the customer will be entitled to a discount voucher of €15 (fifteen euros) which can be spent on a dinner of equal or greater value or the 570ml Seventy-three% branded water bottle with bamboo cap and handle.
Upon reaching 40 (fourty) points the customer will be entitled to a discount voucher equal to €20 (twenty euros) which can be spent on a dinner of equal or greater value or the Settantatre% branded beach towel.
Upon reaching 60 (sixty) points, the customer will be entitled to a discount voucher of €25 (twenty-five euros) which can be spent on a dinner of equal or greater value or the Settantatre% branded sweatshirt.
The prizes can be collected directly from the Issuer no later than 12/31/2024. After this date the points will be canceled and will no longer be valid nor will they give the right to any refund. Rewards can be claimed starting from the second visit. At the time of the account you can only claim 1 prize; you can use the remaining points to collect further rewards on your next visit to the venue. By activating the Settantatre% Fidelity Card, the conditions set out in this Regulation are deemed to have been accepted, the updated version of which will always be available on the Issuer’s website www.settantatre%.it and at the headquarters of the Issuer.
